* SPECIAL NOTICE – CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) *

Please know that our thoughts are with those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. The health and safety of our members and participants are our first priority. We are closely monitoring any specific travel advisories through official channels, which include the World Health Organization (WHO) and the local authorities.

As of now, we plan to hold the conference as planned. However, be notified that we are closely monitoring the situation and would take every step necessary to ensure the safety of our attendees. Depending on how the situation evolves, we will adapt options such as the possibility to present the accepted work remotely and if needed to move to a completely virtual conference as many other.
